Architecture Overview

Crusher main organism, eccentric shaft, moving jaw, adjusting device, transmission device, power part and so on. The body adopts two kinds of structure forms, one is cast as a whole, the other is welded with high quality steel plate, and composed of a number of reinforcing bars as a whole box body, the eccentric shaft is made of high quality carbon bonded steel, and the car is made of eccentric. Both ends are equipped with bearings and fastened to the frame, moving jaw has two forms of integral casting and welding structure. The jaw and the frame are fixed with a pair of ZGmn13 cast tooth plate. When the motor drives the pulley and drives the jaw through the eccentric shaft to move back and forth, the material is crushed by the tooth plate to achieve the purpose of crushing. The adjustment device is mainly used to adjust the size of the discharge port, the size is proportional to the output, change the position of the support plate, the discharge port clearance can be adjusted. The support plate system can not only adjust the gap, but also play an insurance role. When feeding is overloaded, or when encountering iron, it breaks first, making the machine stop working and protecting other parts from being damaged. In order to protect the frame for long-term use, there are protective plates on both sides of the frame to protect the body from being worn.

Use, Maintenance and Precautions

The crusher must be started under no load. Before starting, carefully check the tightness of all parts, the elasticity of springs and the tightness of belts. In order to ensure the long-term good use of the machine, calcium base grease is permanently injected into each activity mechanism and bearing, and the support plate and slide block, the support plate and the fulcrum of the moving mouth are refueled once every 15 days, and the bearing is refueled once every 30 days. The crusher can be fed only after the running speed reaches the normal speed after starting. For the machine without hopper, feeding should be added from the front, not from the side, in order to prevent accidents caused by machine overload and jaw plate deviation, and strictly prevent iron and steel, super hard rock into the machine, so as not to damage the parts. When each shift starts, it is necessary to carefully check whether the tooth plate of the crusher is loose. In the work, it is necessary to regularly observe and check the working condition of the tooth plate. When abnormal conditions are found, it is necessary to stop working, thoroughly handle and troubleshoot the fault, so as to prevent the loosening or displacement of the tooth plate and crush the machine. During operation, it is forbidden to clean up any work and install the unloading belt. It is forbidden to take out the ore from the loading port by hand or pry bar, or move the position of large ore to prevent accidents. Before stopping, you must stop feeding the machine and wait for all the materials in the machine to be spit out before stopping. Crusher with triangle belt transmission, to often check the use of the belt, such as 30% of the belt is seriously damaged, it must be all replaced with a new triangle belt, not old and new mix, has avoided reducing power, affect the production efficiency. The crusher is maintained once a year. The crusher is overhauled every two years.
